What we print for a bid package
- The drawing set at the size it was drawn: 17×22, 18×24, 22×34, 24×36, 30×42, 36×46 or 36×48, printed to scale exactly as uploaded on 20 lb bond.
- Black & white, with color only where it matters. Add the color sheets as a separate line item at $3.75, and print the rest at $1.95.
- Any number of sets. Enter the number of sets at checkout, and pages × sets = sheets printed. No setup or rush fees.
- Addenda. When an addendum changes three sheets, print just the revised sheets at $1.95 each, with no minimum.
- Your P.O. number. The order form has an optional P.O. Number field.
What a bid distribution costs
Every sheet is the same price, so the math is pages × sets × rate. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Getting sets to every bidder
Each order ships to one address. To send sets to several bidders, place one order per address. Or email support@printmyplans.com with your list, and we’ll help. Prints ship rolled in protective tubes, and every shipment has tracking. To have everything sent to your office for a pre-bid meeting, put all the sets on one order.
Timing
Order by 3 PM ET, ships same day, arrives as soon as the next day. Next-day delivery is available at checkout. Confirm the set count before you order, so a late reprint doesn’t eat into bid week.
Before you upload
- Export at the final sheet size with “fit to page” off (how to prepare a PDF plan set).
- Put the current revision and all addenda in the file, so every bidder prices the same drawings.

17×22, 18×24, 22×34, 24×36, 30×42, 36×46 and 36×48, all at the same price. We print each page at the size it was drawn, so the scale still measures correctly.
Do you print half-size bid sets?
We print 17×22 and up. 18×24 is the exact half-size of a 36×48 set. We don’t print 11×17 or 12×18.
Can I print just the addendum sheets?
Yes. Upload only the revised sheets. Each is $1.95 in black & white, with no minimum order.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One sheet or a full distribution is the same price per sheet.
