Print Procore Drawings: Download the PDF, Upload, Get Prints
Your drawings live in Procore, but the field still needs paper. Download the sheets or the whole set from Procore as a PDF, upload it at Print My Plans, and we print it at full size: $1.95/sheet black & white or $3.75/sheet color, 18×24 to 36×48.

Step 1: Download your drawings from Procore as a PDF
These steps follow Procore’s own support article, Download Drawings. You need ‘Read Only’ or higher permissions on the project’s Drawings tool.
- Open the Drawings tool in your Procore project.
- Select the sheets. Mark the checkbox next to each drawing you want, or mark the checkbox at the top of the table to select every drawing in the set. That select-all checkbox only appears in List view, not Thumbnails view.
- Click the Download icon.
- Choose All together in one PDF file. One combined PDF is the easiest file to upload and keeps your sheets in order. (Separate PDF files works too; you’ll just upload more files.)
- Choose Without Markup or With Markup. Pick Without Markup for a clean construction set. Pick With Markup if the field needs your published markups on paper, and select which markup types to include.
- Click Download.
Where the file ends up: according to Procore, a download without sketches or markup comes down as a PDF; a download with markup is emailed to you as a link to the PDF; and drawings with sketches added download as a .zip file, so unzip it first. To print one sheet with your personal markups, open it in the Viewer and download it from there. For very large sets, Procore recommends downloading in smaller batches.
Step 2: Upload the PDF at Print My Plans
From here it works like the rest of our blueprint printing online: one PDF in, full-size prints out.
- Go to the order page and upload your PDF.
- Pick the sheet size (18×24, 24×36, 30×42, 36×46 or 36×48) and black & white or color.
- Check out. One page in the PDF is one printed sheet.
Tip: order the size the drawings were drawn at so they stay at scale. Procore downloads the original file, so a 24×36 sheet prints true at 24×36. More on file setup: how to prepare a PDF plan set for printing.

Can I print drawings straight from Procore with Print My Plans?
Not directly. There is no Procore integration. Download your drawings from Procore as a PDF, then upload that PDF at printmyplans.com and pick your size and black & white or color.
How do I download a whole drawing set from Procore as one PDF?
In the project’s Drawings tool, switch to List view, mark the checkbox at the top of the table to select all drawings, click the Download icon, choose All together in one PDF file, pick Without Markup or With Markup, and click Download.
Why did my Procore download come as an email or a zip file?
Per Procore’s support docs, a download with markup is emailed to you as a link to the PDF, and drawings with sketches added download as a .zip file. Open the email link or unzip the file to get the PDF, then upload it.
How much does it cost to print Procore drawings?
